safeThis provider appears trustworthy. The checked characteristics are largely unremarkable. Note: Some of the checks returned no data – the assessment is based on limited data.
No special precautions are required. As always, pay attention to secure payment methods.
What you should do next
No reliable warning signals were found for barfgold.de. This is a snapshot, not a recommendation or guarantee of delivery and service.
- Use a payment method with buyer protection even when the result is unremarkable.
- Run the check again immediately before buying if the displayed check date is no longer current.
- Review the data gaps: an unverifiable signal is neither positive evidence nor a suspicion.

Who runs this site?
Trust seals on this page
A genuine trust seal is clickable and leads to the provider's certificate – a test the seal providers name themselves. We run it automatically on every check.
- Trusted Shops – leads to the provider
- GOLD.DE Zertifiziert – embedded as an image, but not clickable
We check the embedding, not the content of the certificate: a linked seal may be expired or issued for a different domain.
Warning signals
- VAT ID (VIES) The VAT identification number given in the legal notice is invalid according to the EU VIES system.
- Trust seal check The “GOLD.DE Zertifiziert” seal is shown as a logo only, without a link to the official provider - its authenticity cannot be verified. A genuine seal is clickable and leads to the certificate at the issuer; the seal providers themselves point this out.
In the shop's favour
- Trusted Shops The domain is listed as a certified shop in the Trusted Shops member directory - the provider has passed an external audit and is listed there by name.
- Domain age The domain has existed for around 8 years and therefore has a long operating history - fake shops usually disappear again after a few months.
- DNS configuration The domain has a complete email configuration with MX and SPF records - the shop can therefore actually send and receive email under its own address.
- External reputation feeds The external security databases queried hold no warning about this domain - neither for malware nor for phishing.
Further checks
- Imprint The shop has a legal notice with reachable contact details (email or phone) - in a dispute there is a named contact to address a complaint to.
- SSL certificate The connection is encrypted; the current certificate was issued on 17 June 2026. Encryption says nothing about the operator's trustworthiness, though: a fake shop gets it free of charge too.
- Fake shop lists The domain does not appear on any of the fake shop warning lists checked - warning lists lag behind newly created shops, however, so this is no clean bill of health.
- Legal pages Terms and conditions, right of withdrawal and privacy policy are linked on the site - the mandatory distance selling information is therefore present.
- Payment methods The shop names PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay and purchase on invoice as payment options - so you do not have to pay in advance to order here.
- Redirects The address does not redirect to a third-party domain - the shop is actually operated under the address you opened.
- Social media presence The linked social media profiles are reachable - the provider can therefore also be checked outside its own website.
- Contact data plausibility The contact details given are plausible: the email address belongs to the shop domain and the phone number is correctly formatted - fake shops mostly use free webmail addresses here.
- Template/clone fingerprint No known fake shop has the same template fingerprint as this site - a mass-produced kit of the kind fraud networks use is therefore not detectable.
- Content depth The site has very few subpages - an established shop with a real product range looks different.
