- Provider identification: name, address, contact details, company register number
- Price labelling with gross prices and an itemised total charge
- A summary page allowing corrections before the order is completed
- Secure, encrypted online payment and prompt order confirmation
- Statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, delivery within a maximum of 30 days
- Response to complaints within 2 working days, transparent data protection
Process
Before the first award, the shop undergoes an audit. Annual re-checks with spot checks follow. Violations can lead to withdrawal of the mark.
Known forgery patterns
